Management Development Program
This program offers a strong focus on business success, leadership, and team development. New and seasoned managers will increase their ability to communicate, hold themselves and their teams accountable and produce high-value results for their organizations. Course participants will use the DiSC assessment to understand their personality and how they approach working with others. Students will apply strategies for managing employees in remote environments, and practice skills to adapt and thrive in times of change and foster a climate of diversity and inclusion. By the end of the course, participants will articulate a personal action plan to guide, coach, motivate and inspire individuals and teams.

Section Notes
The Management Development Program will meet for six class sessions through Zoom on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30am - 12pm PST, on the following dates:

November 3
Students will receive an email with login information to access the course the day before the first class.
Students are expected to participate in Zoom class meetings with working video and audio. Microphones should be turned off when not participating. Students are expected to remain engaged during class and conduct themselves professionally. Students can check their Zoom readiness by visiting https://zoom.us/test
Students will receive the UC Davis CPE Management Development Certificate for completing all six class sessions in the program. This program does not have grades.

Full (less $30 fee): October 18, 2023.
50% (les $30 fee): October 19, 2023
Refunds and/or enrollment transfers will not be approved after this date.

For 50% Refund (less $30 fee), student must submit a withdrawal request by close of business the day after the first class session.
